SweepZone® Technology
Our SweepZone technology uses "Smart Circuit", a custom-engineered electronic component
that creates Constant Power Output (CPO) for consistant, uniform cleaning. This technology incorporates Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), which enables our SweepZone Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems to sense cleaning loads, solution level and voltage flutuations. What does that mean ? Our SeepwZone cleaning systems automatically adjust to different conditions to create uniform cleaning power-eliminating hot spots and weak areas

Ultrasonic cleaning produces more than 40,000 alternating high and low frequency sound waves per second.  As these waves pass through the specialty cleaning solution, millions of microscopic vacuum bubbles form and implode.   This process, known as cavitation, creates a scrubbing action capable of cleaning even the smallest cracks and crevices without damaging the integrity of the equipment and yet still creates a cleaning and disinfectant unbeatable by other forms.
