2. Fill the tank of the SCBA Ultrasonic Cleaning System approximately 2/3 full. Use the proper ratio of water and SCBA Ultrasonic Cleaner Concentrate, following the instructions on the label. 3. Perform a field level disassembly. Place mask into the stainless steel rack so that it will not entrap air, and insert into ultrasonic cleaning machine. Set timer to onitiate the cleaning cycle. The machine will automatically shut off at the end of the cleaning cycle. 4. When the cleaning cycle ends, remove rack. Rinse thoroughly under running water. After rinsing, begin drying or disinfect as usual. Reassemble and check for function as per the manufacturers instructions. Note: Radio communication devices should not be placed into the machine. Regulators must be cleaned by certified personnel as per the manufacturer's instructions. The Ultrasonic Cleaning System supplements your field level maintenance. Follow your manufacturer's instructions carefully. When in doubt, always refer to the manufacturer's instructions. |
